The easiest way to resolve most Wi-Fi connectivity issues and re-connect is to delete the UALR-WiFi network from your device and then re-connect / re-join UALR-WiFi.

In Settings, Wi-Fi, click the "i" next to UALR-WiFi, then click "Forget This Network" then, re-join UALR-WiFi, enter your Active Directory username and passwordusername (your full email address, including the @ualr.edu), and then click Trust on the wifi.ualr.edu certificate. Make sure that Private Wi-Fi Address isunchecked for  turned-off for the UALR-WiFi network and all of your network settings are set to DHCP and/or Dynamic.

Importatn Important Reminder: All Passwords Expire Every 90 Days

If you forgot your Active Directory username and password username (your full email address, including the @ualr.edu), you may need to reset or change your password. Simply login to your UA Little Rock BOSS account and manage your passwords under Personal Information / List Accounts and Change Passwords. You will see a list of your university identities and can update your password for assigned accounts. Be sure the password you choose meets the criteria listed. Some special characters / symbols may not be compatible with all systems. Detailed instructions can be found on BOSS (https://boss.ualr.edu).
