How-to Articles

UALR-WiFi

Here are instructions on how to join personal computers or mobile devices for common operating systems (tablets, smartphones, etc.) to the UALR-WiFi network.

UALR-IoT

We have also provided instructions on how to join other devices such as game consoles, televisions, or streaming devices to the UALR-IoT network.

UALR-Guest

Visitors to the campus may join the UALR-Guest network and register a temporary account.

Password Changes

All passwords automatically expire every 90 days. When you change your account password, all devices previously connected devices using UALR-WiFi require you to remove / forget / delete UALR-WiFi and rejoin it, re-authenticating with your new password. If you can no longer access the wireless network after resetting your password, try removing or forgetting the UALR-WiFi or UALR-IoT wireless networks and rejoining to the network. Read the how-to article Remove or forget a wireless network on my device for more information.
