Configure Microsoft Windows 11 to join UALR-WiFi

A guide to connecting personal & loaned windows 11 devices to UALR Wireless.

On your Windows home page press “Win Key + i” to open device settings.

Select the 3rd option down on the left under the settings search bar “Network & Internet”.

Ensure the “WI-FI” switch is set to “on” and then select “Wi-Fi”.

Select “Show available networks” and then select “UALR-WiFi”.

Input your FULL UALR Email address and most current UALR email Password. Once you’ve entered your information, select “OK” under your info, then “Continue”.

Congrats, you’re now connected to UALR’s High Speed Wireless Network!

Please remember that anytime you update your password, you’ll also need to update your wireless information. To do that, please follow the steps below:

On your Windows home page, press “Win Key + i” to open device settings.

Select the 3rd option down on the left under the settings search bar “Network & Internet”.

Select “manage known networks”.

Select “Forget” next to “UALR-WiFi”. Now that your network has been forgotten, you can repeat the steps above to connect to the UALR-Wi-Fi with your updated credentials.
